We have some new pictures from our work at the Oxford Casino, in Oxford, Maine. Atlantic Prefab designed & fabricated four stories of load bearing pre-finished exterior panels including the “Frame Only” interior load bearing panels supporting the precast concrete plank floor system. In addition the building was topped of with A.P.I.’s CFS roof truss system. Now that the job is completely finished, we wanted to share some pictures with you!
One of our current jobs: The Solana at Ridgefield (CT). We're supplying Load Bearing Wall Panels for this project, complete with HSS Tube Steel that we pre-attach to assist with load distribution generated by the composite floor system that was specified.
We also are providing the LGMF Headers & LGMF Columns, as well as Mineral Wool batt insulation for all the closed cavities.

Atlantic Prefab recently completed construction and installation of prefabricated and prefinished wall panels for Hollister Construction Services on their "ground-up construction" of a new 98,722sf, 4-story with a cellar climate-controlled self-storage facility. The building was fitted out with 762 interior units and all new MEP, life safety and security systems. the scope of work also included major site work and landscaping.
Last night Atlantic Prefab joined 21 teams made up of over 100 bowlers for the ABC Young Professionals Group's 3rd annual charity bowling tournament. Teams of 5 challenged fellow associate members munched on pizza and wings while competing for the coveted Best Dressed, Best Team, and Worst Team trophies. This year's tournament raised over $2,500 to benefit Granite United Way with an additional $500 raised in raffle ticket sales!
